Johnny McKeever
Director
Johnny McKeever has been an agent since 1985. Initially working for himself (Johnny McKeever Bloodstock) and for the CBA, MSL before setting-up McKeever Bloodstock in 2010. He has been responsible for buying many top racehorses including recently the brilliant staying filly SEA OF CLASS.
Johnny also specialises in Breeding Stock buying and selling leading broodmares and stallions or stallion prospects to a worldwide clientele.
Susie McKeever
Director
Susie McKeever, as well as being married to Johnny, has been working alongside him in the bloodstock industry for the last 20 years.
Susie is involved with the buying at all the sales and has bought many horses herself for both domestic and international clients, particularly in USA and South America. Her leading broodmare purchase is SPECIFICALLY (dam of Classic winner Speciosa) who was bought for €50,000 (£37,000) and was resold for 1.85m Gns. (£1.94m). She has been involved in the purchase of much of the breeding stock for both Kilcarn Stud and the Irish National Stud.
Philip Johnston
Director
Philip has been working as an agent alongside Johnny McKeever since his return from Hong Kong in 1998 where he worked as Director of Racing for the Hong Kong Jockey Club. He specialises in the selling of proven racehorses into the Asian market and has been responsible for the purchase of numerous Hong Kong winners including the mighty BULLISH LUCK.
